Frequently Asked Questions
We do not have a showroom. IDO has operated purely online for 15 years to be able to reach all our lovely out of town and rural customers.
We have too much product on offer to display a sample of every item. We can send
more images and videos of product if requested and send fabric cuttings where
possible. Some items can be viewed at our suppliers showrooms week days only,
if the item is on display. Please inquire.
It depends on where you are. Orders take 2 - 7 business days to pre pare for dispatch. From here allow 3-5 working days for delivery to the main centres. Rural addresses take additional time. Tracking details are emailed once the order has been dispatched.
We can only ship with in New Zealand. Shipping costs are automatically quoted
at checkout when you enter your delivery address.
