We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, so please choose carefully. Detailed product descriptions and dimensions are provided on each product page. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Receiving Your Order:
Please inspect all items on delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we recommend noting this with the delivery driver and contacting us within 24 hours via email at info@idohome.co.nz, including photographs of the issue.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@idohome.co.nz as soon as possible—preferably within 6 hours of placing your order. Orders may be processed and dispatched on the same day, and once shipped, they cannot be cancelled or altered.
